Hexy Thing in Plum

The start of this geometric plate was a monochromatic tile pattern that featured hexagons surrounding a star of diamond shapes. The theme is so much more dramatic in color with the larger shapes expanding to the circles’ edge. The plum is a simply gorgeous “striker” glass which means it doesn’t reach it’s final color until it has been fully fused in the kiln.
